Both variations feature a wavy, tiered hemline and an elasticated neckline. The dress variation has wrist length puff sleeves with gathered sleeve openings. The top comes with ruffle shoulder straps. You can also make a sleeveless dress with shoulder straps, or sew the top with puff sleeves and off the shoulder neckline. Both variations are
